When Alicia of Brooklinteriors approached me about SEO strategy in 2019, we developed a plan that promoted organic follower growth and brand development.
Our redesign of her site intended to mirror her eclectic aesthetic, providing a seamless backdrop to her quickly growing portfolio. In a competitive market like interior design, the copy and meta-descriptions on the site aimed to isolate niche keywords and incorporate her favorite neighborhoods into her headings so her neighbors could easily find her.
We also highlighted her sourcing practices which are dedicated to supporting local and women owned business, garnering tit for tat support from these businesses who in turn have featured blog posts and social posts on Brooklinteriors.
Our strategy ultimately was to create lead generation and brand recognition- without using paid traffic sources. This was supported with supplementary profiles on design websites, in tandem with press features on her projects.
